1 On 1 Personal Training – My Facility, Your Home or Anywhere in Houston and Surrounding Areas

Personal training consist of 1 hour total body workout specifically tailored to your goals. Weekly weigh-ins, BMI and Body Fat assessment along with inches gained or lost measurements.

You will receive a detailed nutritional meal guide specifically for your weight loss/gain goals.

You will receive homework video exercises for the days that we don’t meet in order to help you attain your goals faster.
