Group kickboxing classes are 50 minutes of fun!!! You will get resistance training to tone your biceps and triceps, cardio to burn calories and increase your stamina, strength training to sculpt your glutes, tighten your core, strengthen your back and define your legs.
Memberships are paid on the same day every month through reoccurring credit card payment.
Send email 24 hours prior to class starting if you plan to miss, if not, you will be charged for the class.
