Online Personal Training
Your customized program is based on information you share with me about your daily activity, food preferences, and personal fitness goals. I will give you a meal guide based on your goals with a set daily calorie amount and video workout plans on a weekly basis to keep your workouts from getting boring. Many of my clients are still with me after several years. There will be a weekly weigh in to track your weight loss, Body Mass Index (BMI) and Body Fat. There will be a weekly talk, text or email coaching session to go over your progress and your next goals.
The benefits of online training begin with its affordability and availability. My program is much more cost effective than paying for a face to face 1 on 1 session and it can be done any time of day.
